Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order has been packed and is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order, shipping destination, and selected shipping method.

Lost, Delayed & Damaged Packages

Once a package has been shipped, Aura Marie Swim is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

If a package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@auramarieswim.com and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Aura Marie Swim is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@auramarieswim.com. While we will do our best to accommodate address changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed.

If a package is returned to Aura Marie Swim due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges imposed by their destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.
