Orders & shipping

When will my order ship?

Processing your order takes 1-2 business days. Standard delivery time for
USA is 5-7 business days. International shipments take 14-30 business days.

Please note that Aura Marie Swim is not responsible for shipments lost in
transit.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email which includes a
tracking number. With this tracking number, you'll be able to go onto the
carriers website and see the shipment status. It may take several hours to see
shipment status from when your order ships to when the carrier scans it into
their system.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Does Aura Marie Swim ship everywhere?

Almost! Please note for international orders, the customer is responsible
for all custom charges associated with the shipment. International orders may
take 14-30 business days.

How do I care for my swimsuit?

Hand-wash your swimsuit after use. Lay flat to dry. Dry in shade.

Do not bleach. Do not wring. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron.

How do I find my perfect size?

Our size guide is USA sizing. If you need help finding your size, email info@auramarieswim.com and we would be
happy to help you find your size.

Do I have to create an account?

No, you don't have to create an account. However, we strongly recommend that you create an account so that you can take advantage of the various benefits it offers. For example, you will be able to access your account easily the next time you visit us, and you will also be able to get personalized recommendations and services tailored to your needs. By creating an account with us, you will be able to make the most out of our services and save time in the future.

How do I change my account password?
