Refund policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you must initiate your return request within 10 days of receiving your item (for online orders) or within 10 days of the purchase date (for in-person pop-up purchases). You must also provide proof of shipment (tracking number or receipt from shipping carrier) within that same 10-day window in order to be eligible for a return.
Returns initiated or shipped after the 10-day period will not be accepted.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and hygienic liners attached, and in its original packaging.
For sanitary reasons, please try on swimwear OVER your undergarment.
We cannot accept returns of items that:
- Show signs of wear
- Have been washed or altered in any way
- Have makeup stains, deodorant marks, perfume smells, or other indication of use
Please handle items with care during the fitting process — we truly appreciate your attention to detail.
To initiate a return, please access our self-serve returns portal here and follow instructions below:
Submit a return request
- Click the profile icon in our store's menu, or use the link above to access the self-serve returns portal.
- In the Email field, enter your email address and click Continue.
- Open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code.
- Return to the online store and enter the code.
- Click Request return for the order you’d like to return.
- If your order contains multiple items, select the item(s) you want to return.
- Choose a return reason and add a note for our team.
- Click Request return to submit.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you'll receive an email with instructions. Once we receive and inspect your item(s), a refund will be issued.
Important Notes:
- Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If you made a purchase at a pop-up event and cannot access the returns portal, please email us at info@auramarieswim.com to initiate your return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can remedy the order immediately.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your original purchase, and once the return is accepted and processed, place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you of the refund status. If approved, your refund with be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
As stated in our return policy, customers are responsible for return & re-shipping costs.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
